Mr. Dutta Chowdhury A. – Founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Dutta Chowdhury is a process-driven Architect and Design & Build professional, holding an M.Sc. in Environmental Architecture, with over two decades of international experience. He specializes in delivering innovative EPC solutions across diverse asset classes, with project exposure spanning Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Prior to joining the UAE market with Damac Properties, he held key leadership roles as Architect, Project Manager, Consultant, Design Director, Project Head, and General Manager with leading design consultancies, retail chains, and property developers.
Ms. Swagata D.C. – Co-Founder & Partner
Ms. Swagata D.C. is a founding member of WeDo Inc., holding a Master’s degree in Political Science, and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s business strategy and long-term growth. She brings a strong focus on organizational development, operational excellence, and ethical business practices.
She has been a driving force behind the company’s commitment to high service standards and integrity, and oversees core functions including Administration, Human Capital, and Finance, ensuring efficient and structured operations across the organization.
Mr. Amit Ranade – CGO – Strategy & Operations
Mr. Amit Ranade is a seasoned business leader with over 18 years of experience driving strategy, operations, and execution across sectors including construction, infrastructure, media, and emerging ventures. He brings a strong blend of advisory expertise and entrepreneurial leadership, combining structured planning with commercial discipline to build and scale businesses effectively.
With a background spanning senior roles in global consulting firms and leadership of his own enterprises, he specializes in project and programme management, business planning, risk and cost control, and stakeholder management. Based in Dubai, he is focused on delivering sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value across diverse business domains.
Mr. Sanjay Rawat – CTO – Tech, Media & Digital
Mr. Sanjay Rawat is a seasoned media and digital professional with over 20 years of experience in content production, creative direction, and digital strategy. He specializes in crafting impactful visual narratives and leading end-to-end media execution, with deep expertise in video production, storytelling, and brand-driven content across digital platforms.
As Head of Media & Digital, he combines creative vision with operational leadership, driving content strategy, production workflows, and audience engagement. His strengths span concept development, production planning, editing, and digital growth initiatives, enabling the organization to build a strong and consistent brand presence in an evolving digital landscape.
Mr. Rajeev K.A – Advisor
Mr. Rajeev K.A is an accomplished Senior Construction Professional with over 30 years of experience in leading complex commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects from planning through to successful delivery. He specializes in project management, value engineering, budgeting, and cost-efficient execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
With strong expertise in contract administration, scheduling, and team leadership, he has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and resolving on-site challenges with strategic and cost-effective solutions. His deep understanding of construction methodologies, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance ensures high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence across all project phases.
Mr. Nauman Habib Khan – Project Coordination & Planning
Mr. Nauman Habib Khan is a Civil Engineer and planning professional with over 10 years of international experience, specializing in project coordination, planning, and contract management. He brings strong expertise in delivering structured planning solutions and ensuring effective project control across all stages.
With extensive experience in the UAE over the past 8 years, he has been actively involved in Planning and Contracts, with core competencies in project planning, monitoring & control, and contract administration, contributing to efficient and timely project delivery.
