• Ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all employees and members of associated companies whilst at work.
• Ensure that visitors and the general public are not exposed to risks resulting from activities carried out at Pioneer Industries Factory premises.
• To control Environmental impacts based on the prevention/reduction of pollution using the best available techniques.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, legislations and codes of practice.
• Implement and maintain a waste management procedure.
• Provide appropriate information, training and supervision to employees, and to provide appropriate information to visitors and the public who may be affected by Pioneer Industries Factory activities.
• Consult with employees on matters affecting their Health & Safety.
• Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment.
• Sustain and develop this policy by the implementation of safety management systems on factory.

The policy statement will be prominently displayed at all workplaces and will be reviewed and if necessary revised on annual bases.
